 Meatballs

Preparation Time: 15-20 min
Cooking Time: 15 min

Ingredients:
200 g minced pork
200 g minced beef
150 g stale bread
200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
1 onion, grated
1 tablespoon dried mint or ½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Preparation

Soak the bread in water, then squeeze out excess liquid and place in a bowl.
Mix with the minced meat, onion, Feta cheese, egg, herbs and seasonings and knead thoroughly.
Form small balls and fry in heated olive oil until golden brown.
Serve with chips and salad.
